This is the third-generation five-axis fully automatic grinding machining center that has been developed by Keso over the years and is currently in use. After being put into operation, automatic material changing and automatic tool changing in the production process have been achieved. And it can automatically switch multiple sets of processing programs according to the production scheduling requirements. On the basis of ensuring the accuracy of the processing procedure, the flexibility of automatic production has been enhanced and the production efficiency has been improved.
This project was developed and completed by the Keso R&D team in accordance with Keso's processing requirements of "multiple varieties and small batches", and in combination with the actual situation of the factory. In an unattended environment at night, the machine tool can input different processing programs in advance to automatically change and process multiple types of workpieces. It makes up for the defect that traditional automated processing manufacturers can only process one product at a time by adjusting the machine, and to the greatest extent meets the demands of customers from different industries for processing different products.

The infrared sensor on the robotic arm can 100% identify the working environment status, predict the risk of collision, and prevent problems such as collision caused by incorrect placement of materials during the automated operation process, making the automated processing process safer and smoother.
